Added explorer URL configuration for four testnets (Giwa, Sanko, Sonic, and Tabi) that were previously missing hyperlinks on the Entropy contract addresses page. These addresses now link to their respective block explorers.

• 1992 (Sanko Testnet): https://sanko-arb-sepolia.explorer.caldera.xyz
• 14601 (Sonic Testnet): https://testnet.sonicscan.org
• 9788 (Tabi Testnet): https://testnetv2.tabiscan.com

Additional Notes

These explorer URLs were provided by the user. The change follows the existing pattern in EntropyDeploymentsConfig.ts where network-specific overrides can be added for RPC endpoints, native currencies, and explorer URLs. When the explorer field is present, the EntropyDeploymentTable component automatically renders contract addresses as hyperlinks instead of plain text.
